We produced a three-minute mini-documentary profiling Enkhuun and the Breathe Mongolia team, supported by a suite of photography and platform-ready cutdowns. Assets were delivered in multiple aspect ratios with captions and key messages, so The Iris Project and Breathe Mongolia could deploy them across websites, social channels and partner outreach.
Change
Breathe Mongolia is an international community tackling Mongolia’s air pollution crisis through public education, policy influence and coalition building. The Iris Project wanted to spotlight Iris Prize winner Enkhuun Byambadorj and show how youth leadership is driving action on clean air and climate. Our brief was to create an emotive, social-first film and asset set that would engage young people and inform stakeholders and supporters.
Makers
We enlisted an award-winning production team in Ulaanbaatar to lead the shoot and assemble the edit. The local crew developed shot lists, worked closely with contributors and drew out the strongest narrative moments. Their cultural insight kept the storytelling authentic and grounded in lived experience.

Having partnered with MakerChange Studio over the past three years, I can confidently say there is nothing they cannot do. No challenge, location, or situation is too difficult for them. They have an incredible capacity to create diverse, authentic, and visually stunning films, always prioritising collaboration with local filmmakers to ensure their work captures the true essence of each project. The projects we support consistently speak highly of their experience working with MakerChange Studio, praising the meaningful relationships formed with local filmmakers. MakerChange Studio is collaborative, are excellent communicators and an absolute pleasure to work with.
