We created a full visual identity for Dov, including logo, static and animated brand assets and a powerful hero video that introduces his values and mission. The new website, built fully bespoke, includes a smart filtering system to help users access Dov’s back catalogue of thought leadership by topic, date or publication. We also trained his team to manage and update the site after launch, ensuring long-term usability and ownership.

Dov Seidman is a leading voice on moral leadership, responsible business and behaviour change. His team wanted to develop a personal brand and digital platform that would elevate his mission to bring ethics and humanity into the way we lead and operate, and provide clear, accessible routes into his decades of thinking, writing and media appearances. The new site needed to resonate with business leaders, academics and civil society actors alike.

Our team included a senior branding designer, a graphic designer and animator to create assets for digital use, and a website designer and developer with experience in building accessible, high-impact platforms for purpose-driven individuals and organisations. The project team was led by our Managing Director, who also provided consultancy on messaging and storytelling.

The new platform brings together Dov’s voice, values and body of work in one place for the first time. His thinking is now more accessible to those working in business, academia and civil society, and the brand creates consistency across his channels and initiatives. Since launch, the site has become a core resource for people exploring Dov’s HOW philosophy and its relevance to today’s moral and leadership challenges.
